By placing an order through this Website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.
This service is based on communication. It will last 25 minutes. We operate via What’s App as we find this is the most popular free internet based provider. You are responsible for ensuring you have a good internet signal and suggest that you utilise WiFi.
We operate on the time in Istanbul. We aim to call you as close to the scheduled time as possible. There may be a minute or two either side but we will ensure that you receive the full 25 minutes. You are responsible for ensuring you and your phone are able to receive the call at the stated time.
Following the call we will digitally supply our E Package. To provide this to you, we will need your Email address. We aim to supply the product within 24 hours.
By purchasing from English Visa Life, you acknowledge that you are responsible ensuring you are available to accept the call.

RETURN POLICY
All English Visa Life sales are final. Because of consultants own time, we cannot accept cancellations. We do however recognise that on occasions things can interrupt our lives, therefore we are happy to offer a one-time opportunity to reschedule.
If a call is not answered it will be deemed a ‘No Show’.
A ‘No show’ is not refundable.
We will send you a What’s App message just prior to the call, and if a No Show occurs we will send a further confirmation of our attempts to call you.
Any reschedule request must be made before 24 hours of the scheduled call.

We will then make contact with you to arrange a rescheduled date.
You must accept a suitable time and date within 7 days. Failure to agree a date will result in a ‘No Show’.

To receive a refund please inform us through our Contact Us page, within 24 hours of receiving the call for your Telephone Consultancy Service. We kindly request you detail your dissatisfaction for us to understand.
